An ode to nature

Chamberet, one of the gateways to the Terres de Corrèze, is a green paradise turned towards nature. This family-friendly destination offers a wealth of sporting and leisure activities, as well as escapades in unspoilt countryside.

The Chamberet arboretum

A haven of peace for strolling through the alleys.

Let's start the day by getting some height.
With the high wire acrobatic course Montoz'arbres You'll be able to take to the treetops in complete safety. Depending on your level, you can take advantage of over 50 workshops for children, adults and toddlers (from 2 years old), including zip lines, Nepalese bridges, barrels, net bridges, giant steps...

The morning ends with a short cultural break. It's true Chamberet church contains a treasure trove of Limousin silverware: the shrine of Saint Dulcet. Dating from the 13th century, this shrine is the third largest enamelled shrine preserved in Limousin.

Afternoon: Fun and educational, learning while having fun!

The afternoon will be devoted to discovering nature. Head for the Tree and Nature Centre. Here, all our senses are awakened by a visit punctuated by a host of activities, sensory games, workshops, exhibitions and projection rooms. You can even watch the bees through a glass hive!

Then head out to enjoy the huge arboretum, adjacent to the Maison de l'Arbre. The 18-hectare arboretum is home to many species of tree, including 100 varieties of native and exotic species, as well as a fruit garden with 76 varieties of apple.

The arboretum offers a host of activities for everyone. Explorers will love going on a treasure hunt Terra Aventura or try out the orienteering courses. Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at various types of golf: swin-golf, disc-golf and mini-golf, and cycling: mountain bikes, road bikes, electric-assisted mountain bikes and mountain bikes, not forgetting the fitness trail.
The arboretum also has a free-access animal garden for the youngest visitors.
It's also a haven of peace where you can relax by the pond, watch the birds by the pond, stroll through the Garden of Scents and Flavours...

At the end of the day, sit down on a café terrace for a convivial aperitif.
