Visit to the Chamberet cider factory
Since 2010, AVEHC has been making apple juice, cider and cider vinegar from the Monédières region. The cider house is made up of a dozen farmers who are keen to re-introduce an old, local variety of apple, "la Blandurette", while ensuring that it is processed.
