Granite House

The Millevaches Plateau is famous for the quality and colour of its granite: pink granite from Pérols, ochre granite from Bugeat... Located within the Tourist Office, the Maison du Granit (Granite Centre) will give you an insight into the history of this material: geology, quarrying, block working and heritage. From this centre, you can follow a number of discovery trails, discovering landscapes, craftsmen and granite buildings. But this material also has a future, as a showcase for new creations.
