Organic Limousin cows reared on grass in Corrèze!
The cows are reared outdoors, the Limousin breed being perfectly suited to this, and we select for their hardy, maternal character.
Nous proposons des colis de 5 ou 10kgs, environ composés de 60% de morceaux à griller (entrecôte et/ou faux-filet, steaks (bavette, rumsteak, merlan, etc…), rosbeef, basse-côte, préparation viande hachée et de 40% de morceaux à cuisiner (pot au feu, jarret, bourguignon).
