Bordas et fils flour mill
Based in Salon-la-Tour, the Bordas et Fils flour mill has been family-run since 1900.
The know-how of this flour mill, which began producing cattle feed in the 1980s, lives on.
Today, it also offers a range of traditional Correze wheat flour. From field to mill, the flour is produced in a cylinder mill, free from preservatives and other additives.
