Farmhouse yoghurt from Chamberet
Bastelli Domenico, who has been farming in Chamberet since 1995, raises 35 Holstein and Montbéliard dairy cows on his 66 hectares of grassland.
Fed on the farm's own grass and hay, the cows produce quality milk, 75% of which is processed into farm yoghurt.
Made from pasteurised whole milk, yoghurts are either plain or flavoured with added ferments or jam.
Bastelli Domenico distributes its products mainly in Corrèze through local grocery shops, supermarkets, secondary schools and retirement homes.
